But in the context of the above comment, I am just informing that IF recording then both audio and video would be captured and therefore be of more use than just video
you knew it was card only and didn't have a card to make payment. If you can normally pay cash but that option wasn't available on the day then it is not a penalty fare.

An MG11 is one of many Magistrates Guidance (MG) forms used in the judicial system. MG11 is the form used to provide a witnesses account of events refered to as a statement. The same form is used for all witnesses to the event, whether they are a police officer, RPI or victim of crime.
