Now most services on the route are 2x158 (320 seats) they may not bother. A 7 car 222 is only 20 seats more? On the two busiest services we have 640 Cl158 seats vs in previous years a 222 and a 158 combined total of 500 seats. Is my maths way out? Or were the 158s on the route strengthened in...

It just means that handling stolen goods is more likely for a successful prosecution, not that it wasn't 'stolen'.

Quite simply, if your defence is that you pondered for a few seconds whilst travelling at 20mph then you should not be in the job. That is what a jury would think and not necessarily my opinion of course. Therefore it is not a very good example.

How about putting them on the floor or on overhead racks (if they fit)? What a total overreaction.
