That would be a worst case scenario and I'd imagine if you pass the interview and assessments you'll manage to complete the training. They won't spend the money on uniform, inductions, training etc then let you fail unless they have safety concerns. My experience of their conductor training was...
Hi there. NIR staff will accept anything you have, your TOC photo card will suffice, I've used mine a lot without any bother. On any case the fares are ridiculously cheap in comparison to the UK mainland.
