On the 12/02, there was major disruption at London Waterloo. However the main entrance doors (by the arch entrance) to the station were chained locked shut (internally) with staff situated outside but no one inside.
How is it safe to padlock doors with chains, what if there was a fire or an...
Why do the B07 trains need to be reduced to 2 cars? Surely the issue with the mileage is limited to the stock planning to be withdrawn so it’d be better to have the trains staying 3 cars?
Strange, I was on a B09 train at Bow Church on Tuesday and the train over ran (even though only 2 car so still well within the platform) and made a loud noise and the dispatcher had to re position but he was in the rear unit
If you look at the DLR design guide it sets out that the streamlined architectural character of the stations don’t afford the ability to have full roundels. They’d be visually discordant and introduce clutter, to otherwise pretty minimal stations with lots of glass in comparison to LU/LO...

This happens at least once a week and it isn’t ever busy, somtimes I wonder maybe it is because Waterloo is under such pressure. But it is unacceptable to leave at least 10 people behind when it was still before the 45 sec period. Often when making connections (especially at Waterloo with delays...
