Those who passed the initial sift were invited to do an online assessment at the end of April. Interviews were held for this position on 21st, 22nd and 23rd of May. They interviewed 29 people in total, for 6 positions and as far as I am aware nobody has heard back yet.

Which role was it for? I applied for the customer service apprenticeship with Scotrail and did the online assessment on the 22nd of April. Have you heard back?
As it is not safety critical does that not therefore mean you can do it from 16+ or as it is on-board is this not the case.

I am assuming ticket examiners are different to conductors and operate on DOO trains. Therefore is it or is it not classed as a safety critical role? What age do you need to be for this?
