Don't know the question myself, but to post a new thread on the forum for this.
Go to http://www.railforums.co.uk/forumdisplay.php?f=46 (this link will take you to the traction and rolling stock section), near the top of the page it says "new thread". Click that, type the title and the text into the two boxes. Then scroll down to where it says "post new thread", click that. And your question will be on the forum.
