    When unsuccessful is ‘More suitable candidate identified’ a generic reason they give or do they give other reasons? ‘More suitable candidate identified’ sounds like internal staff with signalling experience are being put forward to me.

    Treat the dials like you would your fuel dial in your car. Full being your first answer , your next would b the next lowest dial and the the third and forth lowest consecutively. It is as simple as that but I must admit it made me think when I first saw it.
