Here's the difference, with the other types included for completeness:
Stagecoach buses with 1**** fleet numbers are double deck vehicles;
Stagecoach buses with 2**** fleet numbers are "large" or "full-size" single-deck, usually over 40 seats these days);
Stagecoach buses with 3**** fleet...
Last few times I saw 19126 out it sounded pretty ropey, and it didn't manage to complete it's running board last time it was out.
I've not seen where '126 is for myself, but the corner of the workshop is usually where withdrawn buses go when they get used to provide spare parts.

It wasn't a mistrack, I saw it with my own eyes, no picture though as was driving. As mentioned already though, it could perhaps have been waiting for workshop space and made useful meanwhile.
I'm not on the inside and no expert, but based on previous observations of will probably depend on a few things: 1) the nature of the fault they broke down with; 2) how short of buses are they; 3) local schools finish for summer tomorrow, reducing Peak Vehicle Requirement (PVR).
