A look at one of the oldest Railway Viaducts in England..... and the World Kings Mill Viaduct was built back in 1817 and although abandoned as a railway for many years, it still stands proudly today for all to see.

A walk along the NSR from Silverdale Tunnel via Keele right the way through to Madeley Junction & the West Coast Mainline.
It does seem a lost oppertunity, should rail traffic never return, to at least create a smashing walking and cycling route here?
