Hello, thanks for letting me know about your poor wife, how awful for her! Not exactly sure as to where I might be able to take my complaint since no one was injured, it was just a shock. Horrible driver attitude, but that's just a customer service issue. I plan to leave this alone now, but I'd be happy to tell my story to your lawyer if you think it may help your case. Good luck!
