Hi sheika, you would be wise to know a little about the company; who the MD is, services a day, number of station, a look at Firstgroups website as well as ScotRails will suffice there. There are a few pre employment "suitability" tests to sit also. The job is pretty good, well paid , and not too physical, training takes a few weeks and you will be accompanied by an experienced colleague for your first 7 odd shifts. The public can be hard work as i am sure you know, but the job is as really hard as you make it.
