I am simply replying to someone who said nothing at all wrong with what RTT is showing.
Using only offical sources how would a passenger find out what set ran on that date, and if it had first class or not?
I can't tell if there is the option for free text in the general refund section.
Annoyingly, Real Time Trains shows the service as a two-coach 165, but also states "First & Standard class seating".
I think people in the know, know that in disruption the INV train is generally prioritised, I have experienced disruption several times and we always left, even if late. The train is generally very quiet north of Edinburgh.
If you have status, Silver and above get free seat selection, Bronze free seven days before departure. And First class for all passengers regardless of status as mentioned above.
They also do a thing called Theoretical Seating, where Gold members see seats that others do not, for example Row 1...
It certainly isn't fit for purpose.

I have received this reply (and another repeating the earlier questions, was I travelling Southbound and on the Glasgow or Edinburgh portion. Despite the earlier replying confirming Glasgow - Euston.)
