Assessments are designed to be completed with no prior rail or company experience. The way you answer is based on situations, which you may have similar experience to in your life. It's purely to find out what your attitude & mind set is when faced with an issue

There is 100% wrong answers in the SJT!! A customer asks you a question: Answer choice; walk off and ignore them

Similar ish to an MMI if you search that. Various PQA type questions, generally a little more relaxed than an MMI, however, equally just as important.

Without coming across like I'm some sort of genius. My advice would be, please don't over think it - this test, even when the tones are going, is much easier than you actually expect - you'll be fine
