Assessments are designed to be completed with no prior rail or company experience.
The way you answer is based on situations, which you may have similar experience to in your life.

The general reply was - in a safety critical role, the distraction of another job & fatigue management would potentially hinder your progress / possibly lead to mistakes - thus not worth the risk

It goes without saying : Fail to prepare, prepare to fail.
I went into all the tests having researched & prepared myself to the best of my ability, I wanted to ensure I only experienced that amount of pressure (and expense!) on myself only the once!!

Without coming across like I'm some sort of genius. My advice would be, please don't over think it - this test, even when the tones are going, is much easier than you actually expect - you'll be fine
