Silly me but it is actually ticket clerk role, as I just checked my letter. I dunno why I thought it was station assistant, I applied a long time ago!! Thanks for all your help, highly appreciated :D

Thanks for the help Just few more questions: 1) Is the assessment only tests, or do they do an interview as well? 2) On the letter it says to use the letter as the ticket. So do I just show the letter to swt guards to let me through the gates, or do I go to the ticket office? Thanks
