The apprentice that works at my depot gets plenty of overtime and night rate enhancements and has done for over a year so its avalible just managers discretion
This normally means they have identified the number 1 candidate should they not accept you are next in line
Hard to say the outcome as the person could accept it or reject it for a number of reasons so its just a waiting game
Genreally they ask the same what would you do in this situation or describe a time when you etc etc
The tecnical questions are genreally set by the people interviewing beforehand so may differ from interview to interview
The higher up you go the more tecnical they get
