How busy are services looking to be this afternoon? I need to get from London to Birmingham and I've only just seen about this disruption. Is it better for me to go by Chiltern perhaps? Particularly worried about social distancing so don't want to get on a packed train.

Just an update in case anyone is interested. Virgin refunded 100% of the ticket very quickly. No problems. By refund I mean rail vouchers of course.
