Are the recent derailments indicative of poor performance from Network Rail?

Which as mentioned above are very unlikely to have been a factor at Clapham at that time of the morning. Roy

And the RMT were happy with them when working with TFW? Roy

    Class 175s to GWR

If true, I wonder if this relates to the lack of 175s operating yesterday? Roy

    DLR B23 Stock (CAF Inneo)

Not seen it asked before, but what has the reduction in sevice meant on crews? Has the number of staff available been reduced? Are we now going to find that when the new stock can enter service there is a lack of crew available? I know staff need training on the stock, but you gave to have...

Lack of train orders in the next five years & what should be done about it

Agreed, but that means today’s interest rates are higher, not that they are high. It is a pet hate of mine that interest rates are described as being currently high, which is not the case. We need to keep in mind that it is highly unlikely we will see interest rates in the near future to be as...

    Class 175s to GWR

Because the colours only reference part of the coach, not its entirety. It would not be helpful if it extended to areas to which it did not apply. This is a case of funtion over asthetics. Roy

    Class 175s to GWR

Two things: Firstly the 387s were moved before the 175 issues became apparent. Secondly, the 387s are electric, and therefore not an HST replacement. It is diesel units that GWR are short of. Roy
