If these so called artists were made to clean off there graffiti they would suddenly realise what work is. They would not be so keen to do that!!! If they had a job they would not have the time to vandalise every blank space they see. On saying that perhaps the real blank space is in their head.

The real question is. Can we trust private companies to be responsible for a major infrastructure of the country like the railways. Personally I don't think you can. It is imperative that in the final analysis that the Government has the final authority.
