Just to add - they've recently advertised for Qualified Drivers at Chester. Application's closed last week and sifting began immediately. I'm led to believe they're recruiting Qualified Drivers ASAP. Could be a little bit more of a wait for those at Chester.

Yeah there's nothing in there about holding pay etc unless I take too much leave or don't work my notice. To be honest, I'd happily sacrifice a month's wage if I got the opportunity to move on...

Yep, I've triple checked it - There's nothing to pay back. I know that's how it works at a majority of FOCs, but not at my TOC.

I've completed an Apprenticeship - There's no commitment or requirement to pay anything back :)

From what I've heard. Yes and no. Apparently TPE are extending their Cleethorpes service from Manchester Airport to Liverpool, making the need for EMR to run it redundant. However you never know. Its 50/50..?
