Complaint to Southern Rail....
So... its been resolved now, but only because this morning London Bridge had a "Meet The Managers" stand set up... and I had the opportunity of cornering one of their Directors and eventually him admitting it is unfair and unjust to ask a customer to re-purchase a ticket when it was paid and...- RocksteadyUK
