That’s helps a lot. I have 14 scenarios that fit many customer service scenarios as well as working to time restrictions, in an emergency and following rules and regulations. It’s just my luck that I’ll be asked a question I have no answer for. But if it’s only 2 or 3 questions I’ll be ok

Ok thanks for that. It’s sounds more like an interrogation. Can you remember roughly how many scenarios you had to give on the initial paper?

If anyone can remember any questions from the structured interview I would be very grateful. I think I thought of most scenarios they may put to me and answers for them but any help and advice would help.

No. I called TPE and they said it’s turn up and follow instructions on the day. I just like to prepare as much as possible. Especially for the structured interview

Apparently northern only have 2 people working in recruitment for the whole company. My application was good, I passed both online tests and 3 months later my application got rejected. I’m not pretty far on through the application with TPE after only first applying one month ago.

I applie back in May and it didn’t get rejected till August. I took two test and I know I passed them. I’ve since applied for TPE and I’m at the 3rd stage with them. Northern seem very slow at processing applications

Thanks. I have completed the questions they sent me as examples and written down examples to other questions they may ask. I should be able to adapt these to the questions they actually ask.
