I left colas nearly 2 years ago as a tamper driver operator the pay was £46,500 for a 40 hour week 32 weekends with an extra 4 paid as a bonus and overtime.

2 week class 66 course full rules and regs 150 hours driving with mentor then learn routes.

Freightliner have open days this week for qualified train drivers it seems most companies are short of drivers.

Hi do you need to know the general duties for example overhead voltage,third rail voltage,site warden working as a few examples.
