Shifts are kept roughly the same during the week, you HAVE to have 12 hours rest between shifts so that's how they work it out. However I've had occasions where I've been on earlies Monday to Wednesday and then Thursday I've been on a late which mucks your body clock about a bit!

If it's anything like our TOC you get two goes at the assessments that the company pays for, and if you want to continue reapplying after those two goes you can, but you have to pay (not sure how much) to take the assessments again.

Excellent, that's exactly what I wanted to hear! I agree with what you said about everyday uniform feeling less smart, I don't wear a suit very often so it'll help with the interview mindset definitely!
