Freight Duty Passes are paid for by the FOC, I believe there is a price per card plus an annual fee, probably, all in, it'll be in the region of £1000, ish
+1 for the spare drivers keys, if you can get your hands on any additional ones. Also, a little note book is handy and a decent torch, depending on the nature of your companies work

Correct, the first and last hours travel is unpaid. If your travel is say 10 minutes then it'll be 10 minutes unpaid, if your travel is 1hr 5min then it'll be 1 hour unpaid and 5 minutes paid, officially...
