Hello mate just seen your post. I don't like to post on an open forum but just to let you know I got to final interview with Chiltern last year for Depot Driver job and was unsuccessful. I have applied for this role and not heard anything yet but another guy who got to final interview with me last year and passed all tests with Chiltern etc was given the knock back this time around. I'm currently working at Leamington Spa as a Senior Conductor for London Midland and live in Coventry. A lot of Chiltern internals who applied didn't get sifted either so I don't know what they are looking for but that's the railway. Each TOC has different criteria which seems to change every year. With your user name are you ex RAF. I retired from the RAF after 20 years in 2015 and was lucky to walk straight into this job. Good luck.
