Hi all, These trains are awful and not suited to the routes covered by xc. Are there plans to replace these with longer trains? Hitachi dual mode perhaps? Surely there must be with the extreme overcrowding on these.

Is it possible to book on the sleeper from Crewe? I've tried on their website and trainline and the fare is not available even through the timetable says it stops in Crewe. Also I read that they are introducing new coaches. Are they in service yet? Thanks for your help.
