    Thanks everyone for your replys, it's the junction/tram crossing at Lauderdale. As it's mentioned in an Act of Parliament, I wondered if another Act would be required to close it.

    Where I live in Blackpool there is a plan to close a popular tram junction and I just wondered if a tram junction is mentioned in an act of parliament, if you would need another act of parliament to shut that junction? If anyone knows that would be great?
