    I have had a couple of letters through the door regarding NR projects that are going on in our Village. The narrative from NR is the work is loading gauge increases for freight. Does anyone know if this is truly the case, or if this is for the electrification work that was already contracted...

    With regards to the painting of of the OLE, the roadworks on the M1 between junctions 28 & 29 have brown painted gantries instead of grey in the area within view of Hardwick Hall. They do seems to make a difference blending more into the landscape (unlike the M1).

    I think they all might be painted grey. Over the past few months many more where brown before they ended up grey. It might be they haven't got round to painting those ones yet.

    Does anyone know if there are any EMT Smart Card readers between the tram stop and the platforms, i.e. via the bridge? I've only seen the Mango readers
