Thanks for the heads up everyone. Got to watch the arrival and departure. Empties brought from Haverton left for cleaning I assume and the ones at Preston taken for storage, so it looks like one more pick up to come. Think I heard 28th February mentioned.

The tankers have been moved to the exchange sidings, I passed them earlier today. Maybe departing Preston Docks in the next few days!

No steps, it is level access from the path to the road and then you cross the railway by the road bridge.

There is currently no exit on that side. You need to exit through the booking hall. If you then turn left and walk across the car park there is a pedestrian exit gate at the far side of the car park onto a path that takes you through a small park with kids play area leading to the road bridge...

Tidying up work ongoing at Euxton Balshaw Lane with the painting of the handrails on the footbridge and some work on the platform surfaces. Preparations are also underway for what I would guess to be the installation of a ticket machine.
