    DB Cargo UK Owned Class 66 Question.

    The only work done to 66230 is to remove any useful parts, all the fire damage is at the cab end on the right hand side of that photo, all the cab wiring behind the desks was damaged in the fire.

    It’s a vinyl wrap, you can see the horizontal joint in the vinyl about 3/4 up the bodyside when having a close look, still shows NSE livery on the door shuts too.

    GB already had low geared 66793-796 before DB converted any of theirs…and Freightliner already have their /6’s from new, so they are both copying them, if you see it as copying.

    DB Class 60s to be withdrawn

    60062 stayed on Toton today, the proposed test run paths were operated by lone 66’s, 66224 to Leicester and later 66186 to Derby twice.
