Hi. As per the thread, where did you see the bournemouth driver vacancy?

Hi Overheadrack,

I passed all assessments and had structured interview for driver position last March for Bournemouth/Weymouth and still waiting to begin training. I have been told by HR they do not need drivers at these depots at the moment (or for the rest of this year it seems)! I am external. As you are internal would you get a place before me even though I passed a year ago? I like to know how things work, and as you can imagine the wait is killing me! With regards to the interview, two driver managers were present and asked all the typical questions like you suggested. Plus questions relating to safety and when you have had to concentrate for long periods of time etc... All simple questions really.
