The confusion that's arising concerns trains that are prepped on depot but then not used for service , it seems that some of my supervisors are now under the impression that the prep is valid indefinitely as long as the train is left secure .
Could well be toc specific definitely not in the rule book , will need to get hold of my manager as it's causing some confusion , but also thought there may have been an industry standard .
