Thanks again for everyone's info. My TOC has info of SPADs on our network and recent ones in the operational incidents notice case. All I needed was a yearly figure and if possible a TOC by TOC breakdown.
250 last year and that's set to increase this year according to the ORR.
I obviously didn't look hard enough!

I'm a new member and this is my first post.
I am a couple of months away from taking my Part 6 and as part of the training I have been asked to produce a Signals Passed at Danger (SPAD) report.
Does anyone know if SPAD statistics are available anywhere? I've looked on Network Rail...
