First TPE Customer Service Professional assessment

Revise the practice papers you should have, the tests are very similar. Get plenty of rest night before, its a long day. If you fail a test you go home so once a test is done, go for a little walk, DO NOT sit around thinking about what you have done wrong or listen to any negative people...

best tip I could give is plenty of sleep night before, your brain needs to be ready as its a hard day (and will get harder if you pass).

    Conductor Assessement

I am about to be invited to a Conductor Assessment for First group, has anybody done this on here? What should I expect, I have received all the practice tests. Also, what kind of shifts do conductors do for first, ie the hours?? Thanks in anticipation of any replies.

    Signalling

I dont intend on moving to be honest, thought about pushing myself and trying for York IECC but its easier to stay put. We are due to close in 2016 but I cant see it happening as it will cost billions to shut all the boxes on my line.

    Midlands spotting

I am due on a course in the midlands in a few weeks and may get a day out at a station doing some spotting. Was wondering where was best in the Midlands for sheer volume of trains as its a long time since I have been down there.
