Most were just seeing where I ended up which was great!I also did a couple of random buses just as a comparison to where I live. I would have posted a trip report. Travelled south over the Leamside line on Sunday March 27th, 1988. We were on an HST from Newcastle to Bristol. It took ages to reach Tursdale/Ferryhill when we re-joined the ECML.

Is that entrance still used or even still there? It used to lead to the ticket office direct from Eldon Square. The other side of the ticket hall leads, or used to lead directly into a clothes shop. The bra department. Handy if you needed some support after your metro trip....
