A trespass incident at Peterborough at about 15.00 today was cleared by about 16.30 as far as I can see, yet it would seem all this evenings Kings Cross to Peterborough peak trains are cancelled, first one leaves at 16.42. My question is why, but more concerning will tomorrow mornings peak...
Looks like there is an issue with the Peterborough area on Traksy/OTT since York ROC took over. The trains on the maps are from last Tuesday. I have posted a message to both but no response yet.

I just missed the 11.10 Peterborough to Kings Cross which is the broken down train. I am on the 11.29 which is still at Platform 3. The train manager has said they are waiting for a rescue loco to pull the train out of the way back to Peterbough.
Damage reported to the overhead wires, delays expected until 12.00, trains being diverted around the Hertford Loop. Virgin cancelling some Leeds Trains
National Rail saying delays up to 90 minutes until 12.00, emergency engineering work between Newark and Grantham. Looks like some trains being turned around at Doncaster.
