I renewed my ESTA last week due to having a new passport. There is a question asking for any Social Media accounts but it isn't compulsory to answer. This question has been on there for at least the last few years IIRC

This doesn't just apply to school age. Pretty much everyone upon learning I am a train driver ask if I have ever had someone jump. I guess it's just morbid curiosity. 2nd most asked question, do you have to steer.

It's stated that these two days are annual leave unless you are rostered off. So I guess if you dont want to use them you don't sign the contract. You maybe could do a weekly swap with someone else to change your rest day but I doubt anyone would want to do that
