Ah - many thanks for that - I am basically up and running, though might have to do a rebuild of the directory as a couple of the dials are not quite right and it reports a missing radio panel. But it is pretty much there - and a delight to drive.

Thanks - that works partly as you suggest, but some sounds are not coming up and a couple of panels are missing - it's a bit of a potch as I'm concerned that picking and mixing I'm going to end up with a very strange engine!

I'm sorry but I don't think this is the case - even having renamed files - and I'm never sure as to whether to rename the folder in the route file or the traction file, there are too many errors speaking of missing components and a blank screen awaits me after loading.

Wow! Such a swift response - many thanks - I can see the ones for BVE4 and open BVE - so bless you!

2. Generally, how do I measure time passing - is it just a...
Ah - thank you! Interestingly both initial routes produce vertical scrolling but only one gives you a scroll to the timetable. Perhaps this is on purpose?
Cheers
Hi,
Just dipped my toes into the new world! Installed and run BVE4.2, but there are some things which don't check out with the listed controls.
Running either of the initial two routes:
F3 doesn't do anything - F4 will enlarge a timetable
Key pad arrow keys don't do any pan/scroll but...
