Yeah HR don't seem to pay attention to emails.. which is really bad as I'm going to need something in writing from them to get me out of an OU exam in the first week of training :-s No I was okay re notice period - I happened to leave work mid August for other reasons... the callback for this...

Yeah i 100% agree that people need to revise the mechanical calculations and have the ability to do them - a) not all tests will be the same as mine and b) the calculations are an important part of the understanding. What I hope people might take from my experience is to perhaps watch videos /...
