Getting two seperate season ticket

Hi, I was wondering if anyone of you was aware if its possible to buy two seperate season ticket. What I mean if I buy a monthly from East Croydon to Hatfield - that's £303.40. But if I buy a Zone 1-6 travelcard (£182.80) and Hadley Wood (zone 6 station) to Hatfield (£98) ..this works out...
