Not sure if you still need to know, but I was recently informed that the standards were 40dB at 500 Hz and 45dB at 1000 and 2000 Hz. However, I feel this may vary from TOC to TOC. - If you hearing is gradually decreasing, it may be prudent to find out if there is a cause and indeed what that cause is.
