Northern rail are recruiting on-board RPAs in the North West. Anyone thinking of applying?

When i had my assement the HR staff told us to email them if we wanted to increase the number of depots we would consider. I originally applied For Victoria, but im now on hold for both Manchester Depots.

Is Victoria a big depot? What routes are in the bottom link at Victoria?

Which depot are you based at, if you dont mind me asking?

Hello, Before Xmas i passed my Interview and Assesments for the Northern Rail Trainee Conductor Positions at Manchester Depots, Ive been placed on hold. I was just wondering if anyone else was currently on hold with northern and how long they have been on hold for? Thanks :)

I had my interview for Northerns Manchester Depots a few weeks ago. The interview was carried out by a Conductor Manager, with another member if staff taking notes. The first part of the interview was about my previous experience, what I knew about Northern and what I knew about the role...

They sent me an email saying: "We are pleased to inform you that you met the required criteria at this stage, we are currently reviewing our Traincrew requirements for Conductors in Manchester for early 2014 and we will contact you again shortly with a further update." But at assesment...

I heard back today, i passed my assesment :) Good Luck with yours.

They said end of this week or start of next :) :)
