Any advice on getting into the rail industry, desperate to get into this career, have an interview for gateline and customer service assistant on Thursday 3rd july, see how that goes.... thanks

im Paul, new on here and trying to start a career on the rail, mainly looking to be a guard but anyting to get started, how do you find the industry and how you get started? noticed you are a dispatcher never see those advertised don't they come up much? who u work for? Any advice or info on jobs coming up be greatly appreciated... thank you
