Fgw called my managers interview a 'criteria based interview' they ask the same sort of job related questions as in the structured plus some extra standard questions about the company, they also went through a couple of scenarios with me.

The gap between my stage 2 and the managers interview was just under two weeks. But its been 4 weeks since my managers interview and I haven't heard anything yet. HR have told me they are waiting on my results. Im guessing that will happen once everyone has been through their managers interview.

Mix - how long did you have to wait after your managers interview or whatever the final stage for GA is?

I hope you get the feedback you've asked for. I had a similar situation with my assessments, I wish they had told me the assessments were split into two days rather than just the one! Its not fair that they mixed up the order of your tests as any logical mind would prepare more for the first stage.

I can not work out how they do it either, its all I've been thinking about for the last two and a bit weeks. Which I think definitely makes the wait alot more painful. Has anyone been given a conditional offer for a depot other than Oxford? Im sorry to hear that news Lewis.

I don't know whether its First Group wide but I know that fgw do not accept a borderline pass as well.

Has anyone received a job offer for the Reading depot yet?

They were estimating 2-3 weeks. I know im not looking forward to the wait but at least that horrible sick nervous feeling has pretty much gone.
