There's two junctions on the link, one linking into SPILL station at the north end, the other onto the ECML.

Just confrming here what was already said. The KO2 is now a year late, ie the whole Thameslink programme will be finished in December 2016. This month is also the date for the final introduction of all new trains the the completion of London Bridge.

Seems a merger of Southern and Southeastern franchises with the best express routes cherry picked as part of a Greater Thameslink franchise maybe be the final outcome of the Thameslink Programme. Well that seems to be the inside rumour!

They were originally going to replace the TL side with GN's system. Now FCC are looking at retendering the whole thing.

There's also the rumour TfL are looking at scrapping the 92TS and replacing them with with an off shoot of the Bakerloo stock. They may have to wait sometime now for the 73TS.

Unlikely, they turned down the offer of getting the 59TS when the Northern Line got its new trains tho the salty air is playing havok with the 38's they use.

The next six months will be important for the Thameslink programme with decisions made on the new trains, deciding what to do with London bridge and see if/where these cuts will come from! Not good.

As I understand it the North London Line and West London Line are the most likely place to catch a 378. Both are still a mix of 313/378 until the end of the month and the major blockage of the NLL on the east side sees all NLL/WLL services become 378's.
