    I had mine as well. I have a previous background in the rail industry and was looking to rejoin. I prepared well and thought I did really well and provided many excellent examples and have a lot of experience, particularly with competency based interviews and relevant work experience etc, but...

    Hi all, Got the dreaded email to say that I was unsuccessful. I went for a Trainee Senior Conductor position. I thought I did very well in the interview as well, have previous experience and I had very good answers for the competency based questions etc. Congrats to anyone who made it through.
