Help....Duplicate Rail ticket used on bus

As i found my original train annual ticket, I gave my duplicate to my husband to return back to the train station. He was found using this in the bus whilst I was with him......so the tfl guys were very rude to us and accused us of fraud and didnt even want to listen to us. I have already raised...
