The police & courts are going to see that, as far as i'm aware. If it is recorded who strikes bridge, they are liable for any damage to strucural damage through insurances including delays. This is usually done through court cases.

There is a new overbridge going over Haymarket Station.

I would slightly agree on both points, other than the pensionable staff.
From what i am led to belive, the many different railway companies have pension schemes, although some staff members can not contibute untill so many years of service, although this has recently changed, which is very poor...
I would not say more, other than part time staff in which 75% are not union members if i recall
Better paid staff, are the upper managers of the TOC,s or IMC,s, not us lowly staff members, from my experience.:o

Can any of you kind pepole tell me if the original BR staff discount still applies.
A number of years ago all BR staff privilege ticket holders were entitled to a 25% discount on the Eurostar fares.
Is this still the case ?
