I have seen GTR are advertising for TSM's. Currently a Guard for another TOC i've always had aspirations to move into the control centre however was just wondering if anybody new was the salary and terms and conditions were like for TSM's. I see from the advert that it is 12 hour shifts...
800 already! That is a lot! Thanks for the info though guys. Not sure on the travel time either but I know on the old Southern system it asked if you lived within 30 minutes I think. On the new system it just says would you be able to get to work for early mornings and late finishes.
