I think Easyjet have sewn up the business market between Bristol and Edinburgh/Glasgow (the main passenger flow on the old sleeper service), and possibly a lot of the leisure market. Although an attractive idea, a sleeper service would be unlikely to be able to compete effectively.

In the late 80s I often travelled between Bath and Aylesbury by National Express coach. I recall that it started further west and ended up somewhere in East Anglia, maybe even Norwich. Looks like Aylesbury is no longer served.

It's a 2 coach 150 and usually attaches a 153 at Westbury. I regularly use it from Frome to Bath and there are enough seats available on weekdays.
